A step by step guide on how you can share your flashcard decks with other people!
Collaboration is key when it comes to studying! You are not meant to be alone in your studies, and we know this. This is why Voovo also aims makes teamwork easy and effortless. With an eight character code that you can generate from your deck at any time, you can share your flashcard deck's current state with any friend or classmate. We highly encourage doing this so that you can collaborate with your classmates on separate topics for an exam! Studying is meant to be fun 😉
Tutorial on sharing your deck!
- To share a deck, first, choose the specific deck you want to share, then tap and hold.
- A menu will appear offering several actions you can take with the selected deck. Opt for "Share This Deck."
- We'll generate an 8-digit code that reflects the current state of your deck.
Once you have the code, share it with your friends. They can then import your deck into their accounts using the "import flashcards" action from the Dashboard. This seamless process ensures everyone can access and benefit from shared study materials.
Please note that once someone imports your deck using the provided code, they will receive the current state of the deck. It's essential to understand that any modifications or updates you make to the deck after sharing it won't be reflected in their imported version. The code remains constant, ensuring that importees always access the most recent version of the deck at the time of import, regardless of subsequent changes made by the owner.
